Following are the ways to assign a role to a user :
  
1> From the "ONEi Configuration Manager" user interface Clicks on
"Tools > User Administration wizard > Role > User Role".
  
2> A pop-up window comes on the screen with the Title
"AssignRoleToUser".
  
3> Select the role from the provided drop down box .All the user
name gets listed to the left list box, where as the users
assigned that role gets listed to the right listbox.
  
4> Select a user from the left list box and press " > " button to
assign the role to that user.The selected user's name gets added
to the right list box.
  
5> To remove a user from the assigned role,select the user from the
right list box and press " < " button.The selected user's name
gets added to the left list box which means that the user has
been removed from that role.
  
6> Press " >> " button to assign the role to all the users.
  
7> Press " << " button to remove all the users from the role.
  
8> Press "Assign" button to assign the role to the selected user/s.
  
9> Press "Cancel" button to cancel the proceeding.
   
10> Press "Exit " button to return to the OCM interface.
